1. Use of the website

2. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and are applied solely towards the objects of the Foundation as set out in its Memorandum of Association.
- The Foundation may allocate unrestricted donations to the programmes where need is greatest.
- Donors are responsible for ensuring that contributed funds are from lawful sources and comply with applicable Indian law, including FCRA where foreign contributions are involved.
3. Refund and cancellation policy
- Donations are generally non-refundable once processed and receipted.
- Where a duplicate, erroneous or unauthorised transaction occurs, write to us within 7 days with the transaction reference. Verified requests are refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
- Where an 80G certificate has already been issued, refunds may require its surrender.
4. Tax benefits
Tax exemption under Section 80G applies subject to the Foundation's valid registration and to prevailing income-tax rules. Donors should confirm eligibility with their own tax advisor.
5. Intellectual property
All content, marks, imagery and design on this website belong to the Foundation or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
6. Third-party services
Payment gateways and embedded services operate under their own terms. The Foundation is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation, its directors and volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
